Daven joined A&G in 2020 as a Senior Consultant, where she has advised clients including Regal Cinemas, Rite Aid, Tailored Brands, Ascena Retail Group and Party City.
Known for her creative negotiating skills, she has restructured more than 600 leases and generated over $300 million in occupancy-cost savings. She also brings deep experience in the restaurant sector, leading lease conversions, terminations and blend-and-extend transactions for CAVA and other national casual dining chains.
Daven brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate expertise to her work. Her background spans mall and power-center leasing, tenant representation, lease restructuring and financial modeling. Prior to joining A&G, she held leadership roles at Glimcher Realty Trust (Washington Prime Group), Urban Retail Properties, Cypress Equities and Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), working with institutional owners and investment funds including Metropolitan Life Insurance, California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) and the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
Over the course of her career, Daven has completed more than 3,000 lease transactions across 46 states, including all major U.S. metro markets, representing properties totaling more than 100 million square feet of gross leasable area.
Based in Columbus, Ohio, she is a licensed broker, a long-standing member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and an active participant in Women in Real Estate (WIRE).
