Todd joined A&G in 2012 and directs the company's lease due diligence team.

Todd’s key areas of expertise include disposition of surplus property, restructuring and mitigation of leased real estate, property valuation, and due diligence. He has done valuation and restructuring for more than 30 retailers and has successfully mitigated more than 1,000 leases.

Clients of note include Mattress Firm, Rite Aid, Toys”R”Us, Tuesday Morning, Ascena, rue21, Cadence Education, Smile Doctors, Paper Source, Claire’s, Winn-Dixie, Blockbuster, Advance Auto Parts, Francesca’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Regal Cinemas.

Prior to joining A&G, Todd was a Director at DJM Realty, and prior to that, a Wall Street Investment Banking Analyst.

Based in New York, Todd is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Turnaround Management Association – New York City Chapter.
