BRYCE RICKS / Managing Director of the Financial Reporting

Bryce joined A&G in 2023 as Managing Director of the firm’s Financial Reporting and Analysis Group. He brings extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic growth for multi-location retail and service businesses, advising clients through complex financial and real estate challenges.

Since joining A&G, Bryce has led financial restructuring efforts for clients including The Container Store and supported lease restructuring initiatives for GNC, West Marine, and Purple. His analytical rigor and operational insight help clients navigate complex financial situations, optimize performance, and align real estate strategy with broader business objectives.

Prior to A&G, Bryce held senior financial leadership roles at Pacific Crane Maintenance Company and WKS Restaurant Corporation, where he oversaw budgeting and forecasting for portfolios exceeding $500 million in annual revenue. At WKS—a franchisee of Denny’s, Wendy’s, and El Pollo Loco—he played a key role in growing the business from fewer than 100 units to more than 300 through development and strategic acquisitions.

Based in New York, Bryce holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University–Idaho and an MBA in finance from Chapman University.
