BRYCE RICKS / Managing Director of the Financial Reporting

Bryce Ricks is a Managing Director of the Financial Reporting and Analysis group at A&G Real Estate Partners with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic growth for multi-location retail and service businesses. 

Since joining A&G in 2023, he has led financial restructuring efforts for clients including The Container Store and supported lease restructuring initiatives for GNC, West Marine, and Purple. His analytical approach and operational insights help clients navigate complex financial situations and optimize performance.

Before joining A&G, Bryce held senior financial leadership roles at Pacific Crane Maintenance Company and WKS Restaurant Corporation. At both companies, he oversaw budgeting and forecasting processes for portfolios exceeding $500 million in annual revenue. While at WKS — a franchisee of Denny’s, Wendy’s, and El Pollo Loco — he was instrumental in growing the company from under 100 units to more than 300 through development and strategic acquisitions.

Bryce earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brigham Young University–Idaho and an MBA in finance from Chapman University.
