C. Wonder, a clothing retail store that recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, has commissioned Melville-based commercial real estate group A&G Realty Partners to handle the sale of three retail leases and an office lease in New York City and Long Island.
A&G Realty is seeking bids for the lease on C. Wonder’s closed 3,300-square-foot location at The Gate shopping plaza at 1950 Northern Blvd. in Manhasset, according to a company statement. The sale of C. Wonder’s leases for locations in Manhattan’s SoHo and Flatiron districts will be managed by A&G Realty as well. An office space lease in the Flatiron District is also for sale.
“The leases are located on unique retail streets in New York City and Long Island, and provide a rare opportunity to acquire below market leases in some of the best retail sites in the world,” Emilio Amendola, co-president of A&G said in the statement.
A&G Realty Partners is also currently marketing leases for 21 closing RadioShack stores in Nassau and Suffolk counties. RadioShack filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last week.
